HOW LONG IS THE STORE OPEN?
THE STORE IS NOW CLOSED.
WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX?
LA CULTURA & CO. is not responsible for any additional customs taxes or duty taxes orders may accrue. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to situate those fees their government and post office request in order to obtain their order.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to do so will result in your order being sent back to us. We will request that you pay the shipping again in order to resend your order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
At this time, you can expect your order in November, but please be aware that we are at the mercy of COVID-19 related delays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are not accepting returns at this time. However, if your order arrived damaged, please send an email to email@example.com to resolve this issue.
